Dye-Sublimation

Dye-sublimation is a high-performance fabric printing process that delivers exceptional colour vibrancy, depth and durability. Using specialised 3.2m-wide printers, water-based inks are first applied to fabric media and then heat-cured, allowing the ink to permanently bond with the fibres of the material.

Unlike surface printing methods, the dye becomes part of the fabric itself. This results in a non-reflective, scratch-resistant finish with rich colour saturation and smooth tonal gradients.

Dye-sublimation is ideal for soft signage, fabric frames, banner systems, flags and large-scale textile applications where visual impact, foldability and lightweight transport are essential.

Substrate List

Polytwirl banner fabric is a versatile textile media commonly used for soft signage, fabric frames and large-format indoor branding. Its smooth surface allows for high-resolution dye-sublimation printing with vibrant colour reproduction and minimal glare. Lightweight yet stable, it offers excellent tensioning within aluminium frame systems, making it ideal for retail displays, exhibitions and corporate environments.
Warpknit flag fabric is a lightweight, permeable textile specifically engineered for flag printing and outdoor banner applications. The knitted construction allows wind to pass through the material, reducing resistance while maintaining strong colour visibility. Dye-sublimation printing ensures deep colour penetration, resulting in vibrant flags suitable for events, forecourts and promotional activations.
Backlit fabric is designed for illuminated lightbox applications where colour vibrancy and even light diffusion are critical. When printed using dye-sublimation, the ink bonds directly with the fibres, producing rich, luminous graphics that perform exceptionally well in retail lightboxes and indoor display systems. This option also allows for streamlined production when coordinating large campaigns across multiple fabric-based elements.
Blockout banner fabric incorporates an internal light-blocking layer, preventing show-through when graphics are printed on both sides. This makes it particularly suitable for double-sided hanging banners, suspended displays and exhibition environments. Dye-sublimation printing ensures vibrant colour on both faces while maintaining flexibility and ease of installation.
Our dye-sublimated double-sided flag fabric is produced by printing two separate flag panels which are then precision sewn back-to-back, creating a true double-sided finish. Unlike standard flag fabric where artwork shows through in reverse, this construction ensures both sides display vibrant, readable graphics. Ideal for indoor and outdoor flag applications, events and promotional displays, it delivers strong visual impact from every viewing angle.
Our dye-sublimated fabric wallpaper is supplied at a 3.2m roll width, allowing for seamless wall branding without visible joins on most standard interior wall heights. Unlike traditional paper-based wallpaper, the fabric construction offers a durable, non-reflective finish with enhanced colour depth. Ideal for corporate interiors, showrooms and retail environments, it transforms large surfaces into impactful branded features.

Roll-to-roll UV Printing

Roll-to-roll UV printing is designed for flexible media applications requiring sharp detail and durable surface graphics. UV-curable inks are instantly hardened using ultraviolet light during the printing process, creating a robust print layer that adheres to a wide range of non-fabric substrates.

With a maximum print width of 3.2m, this technology is suited to PVC, self-adhesive vinyl, wallpaper, contravision, poster paper and other flexible materials supplied on a roll.

The result is crisp text, high-definition imagery and strong colour consistency, making it ideal for retail graphics, campaigns, window branding and long-format applications.

Substrate List

Backlit film is a translucent synthetic media engineered for illuminated lightbox displays. When printed using UV technology, it delivers sharp detail and high-density colour that performs exceptionally well under internal lighting. Ideal for retail lightboxes, menu boards and indoor advertising displays, backlit film ensures vibrant, evenly diffused graphics.
PVC banner material is a durable flexible substrate commonly used for large-format signage and promotional graphics. Layflat PVC provides a smooth surface ideal for tensioned banner systems, while blackback PVC includes an opaque backing layer to prevent show-through when installed against surfaces or existing graphics. UV printing ensures strong adhesion and long-lasting colour performance for both indoor and outdoor applications.
Poster paper is a coated media designed for high-resolution indoor promotional graphics. The 220gsm option is ideal for short-term campaigns and insert posters, while the heavier 350gsm stock offers increased rigidity and a more premium feel. UV printing produces sharp imagery and consistent colour reproduction for retail and corporate environments
UV-printed wallpaper provides a traditional surface-print solution for interior wall branding. Suitable for custom murals, retail feature walls and office environments, it delivers strong colour definition and durable surface graphics. Unlike fabric wallpaper, UV ink sits on the surface of the material, making it ideal for certain decorative and commercial applications.

Flatbed UV Printing

Flatbed UV printing enables direct-to-surface printing onto rigid materials up to 50mm thick. The process uses UV-curable inks applied directly to the substrate, eliminating the need for mounting or secondary application.

This capability allows for precision printing on materials such as Perspex, aluminium composite panels, foamboard, ABS, PETG and other smooth, printable surfaces. Double-sided printing is also available for applications requiring visibility from both directions.

Ideal for signage, point-of-sale displays and architectural branding elements, rigid UV printing delivers durability, sharp detail and dimensional versatility. We can also precision cut printed substrates to custom shapes, allowing for more dynamic signage and display solutions.

Substrate List

Aluminium composite panels consist of a rigid core bonded between two aluminium sheets, offering strength without excessive weight. UV printing ensures strong adhesion and long-lasting surface graphics. Suitable for indoor and outdoor signage, wayfinding systems and architectural branding, this substrate provides structural stability and clean edges when precision cut.
ABS is a durable plastic substrate offering impact resistance and dimensional stability. UV flatbed printing adheres effectively to its smooth surface, making it suitable for custom components, branded panels and fabricated display elements.
Correx is a lightweight, fluted polypropylene board widely used for temporary signage, event branding and construction site boards. Its corrugated structure provides strength while remaining easy to transport and install. Flatbed UV printing delivers bold, high-contrast graphics directly to the surface, making Correx a cost-effective solution for short- to medium-term outdoor signage, directional boards and campaign-based branding.
Foamboard is a lightweight rigid substrate commonly used for indoor promotional signage and point-of-sale displays. Its smooth printable surface allows for sharp UV-printed graphics, making it ideal for temporary campaigns, exhibition panels and retail promotions.
Fluted board, including B-flute corrugated cardboard, is a lightweight yet structurally rigid paper-based substrate commonly used for point-of-sale displays, retail activations and short-term promotional signage. Flatbed UV printing allows for high-impact, full-colour graphics directly onto the surface, making it ideal for custom-cut standees, display units and branded structural elements. Easy to fabricate and cost-effective to produce, fluted board is well suited to campaign-driven environments where speed, scale and visual impact are key.
PETG is a clear or translucent thermoplastic known for its strength and flexibility. It is often used for protective screens, display components and signage requiring a clean, professional finish. UV printing provides sharp surface graphics while maintaining the material’s clarity where required.

Commonly used for illuminated signage, corporate branding panels and interior feature elements, Perspex delivers a refined, modern finish.

Eco Solvent Printing

Eco-solvent printing produces high-quality graphics on a range of coated flexible media using durable eco-solvent inks. The inks bond with the surface coating of the material, resulting in vibrant colour reproduction, sharp detail and prints that are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Compared to traditional solvent inks, eco-solvent inks produce lower odour and use less aggressive chemicals, making them a more environmentally considerate option for large-format printing.

This process is commonly used for printing onto self-adhesive vinyl, contravision and frosted vinyl, making it well suited to applications such as window graphics, retail displays and general signage.

Eco-solvent printing differs from other large-format printing methods in how the ink interacts with the material. In UV printing, inks sit on the surface of the substrate and are cured instantly using ultraviolet light. With eco-solvent printing, the ink penetrates the coated surface of the media to create a durable bond. Dye-sublimation printing, by comparison, uses heat to bond inks into polyester fabrics, making it primarily suited to textile-based applications rather than coated vinyl media.

Ideal for branding, promotional graphics and window applications, eco-solvent printing offers a reliable solution for producing durable, high-impact visuals across a variety of environments.
