Dye-sub Digital Printing

High-volume 3m-wide fabric printing for a wide range of products and custom applications.

Our dye-sublimation department operates four 3m-wide digital printers, producing high-volume fabric output across banner fabric, flag fabric and fabric wallpaper.

Using a heat fixation process, inks are thermally infused into the fibres of the fabric. This creates a non-reflective finish with deep colour saturation and a scratch-resistant result that won’t crack or peel. The 3m print width also enables seamless large-format applications without visible joins.

UV Digital Printing

Roll-to-roll and flatbed UV printing across flexible and rigid substrates up to 3m wide.

Roll media includes PVC, self-adhesive vinyl, contravision, wallpaper and poster paper. Rigid substrates include Perspex, Dibond, foamboard, ABS and PETG. UV technology enables direct printing onto these materials with excellent durability and colour consistency for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Hardware components are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty. For printed graphics, we guarantee that products are supplied free of manufacturing defects. Any defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt, after which we will assess and, where applicable, arrange for replacement of the print only. As print performance can vary depending on application, handling and environmental conditions, we are happy to advise on care and suitability prior to production.
We prefer print-ready vector artwork supplied in high-resolution PDF, AI or EPS formats. All files should be set up to scale with correct bleed and colour specifications. Detailed artwork guidelines are available on request.
